I recently acquired a coyote face, but don’t really know what patterns it could be used for tying.

Sorry bud no good for tying just send it my way and I will dispose of it properly. 
use it like a hares mask i guess…
there doesnt have to be any specific patterns to use stuff, just use it creativley and make you own kick butt patterns.
