So i wanted to do an epoxy body for my black widow to give it a more realistic look. On the first atempt every thing went perfect so i tied up all the rest and aplied the epoxy and put them on the dryer. The next day when i checked on them the epoxy had settled over the hook and all over the legs. no big deal i just used to much epoxy. Round two, again i tied up all 10 and this time used alot less epoxy. The next day i found bubbles all over the body of the flies. at that point i felt i was about out of time and patience so i went to plan B. So instead of a cool scary black widow everyone gets a cute foam spider with a red belly. On the bright side it will float and be more likely to catch fish. All in all a bad day at the vise beats a good day in the office.
so no real complaints.
I will ship out flies sometime this week. I won’t have time to get pictures posted for this one, so if someone can cover for me this month, I’d appreciate it. Otherwise, I’ll do my best to get back on track next month. Sorry for the omission.
