mash barb; slide bead on, jam a few wraps of non-tox in the backside
start thread, tie in rib, wrap to bend
measure (shank length) some teal flank fibers; tie in, fold butts back
wrap teal forward; tie off/trim
counterwrap rib; tie off/trim
tie in a clump of CH at 2/3 mark, tips to barb
tie in some KF; trim a bit longer than the underwing
