Super Bowl Feast.

Although I have NO dog in this race, that won’t stop me from watching and enjoying a meal suitable for the event. The menu will be, Parnelli’s pot roast ( 2007. What’s Cookin" archives) served over MY potato pancakes ( 2006 archives) . Since there’s no way of preparing a small amount, we’re inviting the entire family, 14 ( fortunately ALL live in the area) . In years past, we have watched the “Bowl” quietly at home with my wife, shying away from the screaming crowds at the bars etc. THis year, however, and since we’re closer to the end than the beginning, we’re throwin the party at our house for all to enjoy. Hopefully the ________________'s win!
Searching the “What’s Cookin” archives reminded that some of y’all CAN COOK!

Anyone else “feasting” today ?
