Recently started fly fishing again after years of layoff.
Family (Daughter, son-in-Law, and grand kids)plans on taking a camping trip to Pittsburg N.H.
They usually snowmobile in this area.
I have been asked to tag along. plan to take fishing gear and fish the Conn. River.
Don’t know what flys are best in this area, or the best time of the year to fish there.
Any info will be appreciated.

Good luck during your Pittsburg trip. I haven’t been up there for 3 or 4 years, but a great place for recreation. I would suggest looking over the NH Fish & Game web page. Take a look at the above web address. If you can’t find any useful information there try contacting a conservation officer on the “inside fish and game” link to the left side of the screen. I know a few years back they had a Warden answer questions much like what you are asking. Don?t know if that service is still available or not.
