THE SHIPPING WAS MORE THAN THE 6 TUBES, so I ordered 12 and the shipping total stayed the same but less per tube cost. So I spent more on these than I had originally thought that I would, but I will gift a few to some fly tying buddies that go to shows and like to do demos. Maybe sell a couple to local tiers who “have to have a couple of those”.
The new tubes arrived today from TAP plastics and are everything that I wanted. Enclosed is a picture of the new tube next to the old tube that came with the Fishpond Coyote bag. I have replaced the hook boxes in that bag with these from Craft Mates and now the tubes and I have something that works. http://www.craftmates.com/locking.html
For a bag that retails at $180 the hook boxes and tubes sucked.
