STONE PALMER - Fly of the Week - February 1, 2010

STONE PALMER

The Stone Palmer is a special fly for me and It was created near Culebra’s Stream in San Martin de los Andes, Neuquen, Argentina. It?s a magic and beautiful place in Patagonia where we can admire some of the secrets that nature gives us constantly.

That is an awesome looking fly!

Stone flies, and there associated patterns always get my attention. There is something about those little, or sometimes big, creatures that fascinates me.

Anyway, great pattern. Thanks for sharing!

It’s good to see things like this that show how far you can take the skill of tying.
Looking forward to more advanced flies and videos.
