Uncle Barry,
Would you be interested in a http://msnbcmedia1.msn.com/j/msnbc/Components/Photos/060815/060815_tanker_vlrg_3a.widec.jpg Full of ICE? For your Beer by the Pool?

You mean Uncle Barry is a KIWI!?
Anyway not all Kiwis are on the dole in Quensland, some of them are on the dole in New South Wales.
Mike.

don’t have it all!
A balmy 75 degrees predicted for today, down here in Southeast Texas. Unfortunately, it’s also breezy, with a 80% chance for rain tomorrow. I may have to try fishing today, anyway. I need to get a little piscatorial therapy to help me recover from all the eating I’ve been doing.

Y’all have a good 'un,

Kirk

Cheers to all - and a safe new year.

Happy New Year to everyone! We had snow, then it warmed up to about 4 degrees above 0 and melted a large portion of it, then back below freezing. But, after a huge meal of lobster on Christmas and turkey with all the trimmings on boxing day, it’s good that one stays indoors as going out would require far too much effort! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a winter Christmas and I’m loving every minute of it. Take care over the holidays everyone.

I had too much of a white Christmas: http://www.katu.com/news/36767054.html
I am confident that this will never happen again for the rest of my days. Two weeks off from driving ended today. It is thankfully raining and raining and raining.

Jeff -

Doesn’t sound like weather coming to us from New Zealand !! Better change your location on your profile or some of us may get confused, thinking we’re having senior moments, or worse ??

A “Happy New Year” back to you and your family.

John

P.S. Seems like most places have a couple months of weather over the course of the year that are unpleasant, one way or the other. The two months or so of cold weather we get around here are a small price to pay for the weather we have the rest of the year - not to mention trout fishing year round.
