This morning, Venus & little Connor got back home, Ben called me, & I went over to see all of them & of course, hold the Con-man. When I got there, son Ben was gone. Venus told me he was at the hospital as her engagement ring was lost sometime yesterday & she was sure Ben had it & lost it. Keep in mind, this is a large 500+ bed hospital. After asking & searching to no avail, he ran into a hospital maintenance guy & asked where yesterdays’ trash was, or if it was already in the dumpster. The guy took him to the trash room & the vast number of bags. Looking over the bags, Ben told the guy he saw a corner of a snack bag, the same kind Venus had eaten last night. Opening the bag, he saw a paper towel like she had wiped her hands with & YOU GUESSED IT!!!..there was her ring, stuck in the paper towel! It was the first & only bag he opened. What are those odds??

Just think? No more broken rods, no wind knots, flies that catch fish, waders that will never leak, a shotgun that will never miss a grouse, etc!
