Up next month, the Arkansas Bucktail. I don’t think I’ve seen that fly in anyones kit for decades. It was a very popular fly some 60 years ago and is still a wonderful producer of largemouth and smallmouth, especially when fished behind a spinner.

Nice! I firmly believe that crawdad patterns get too complex and this is most definitely not that (overly complex).
