I’ve checked in town and nobody has it so I placed an order to H & H. Ordered some small packs of Silver Pheasant to finish up some Grey Ghosts and everything came in except the phesant (discontinued).

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I don’t need a whole skin.

Leo, I’d suggest you do get a whole skin. The packages of loose feathers will not yield a lot of matched pairs and on a full skin, virtually every feather has a match. Besides, the Silver is not that costly compared to others.

You might try Al Beatty for either or both. He should be in the sponsors section.

Hi Leo,

Ron has hit the nail on the head. A full skin is definitely the way to go. It may seem a little expensive at first but a full skin is the only way to insure matched feathers. You’ll have a supply of good shoulder feathers for years. 8T

You had better learn to be a happy camper. You only get one try at this campground and it’s a real short camping season.
