Shakey Bealy (Variant)

Subbed sharptail for ruffed grouse since I have none of the latter; I’d be surprised if it makes a difference. A pretty basic pattern; I much prefer the Ice Dub thorax over the original Krystal Flash collar; here’s a nice video if you’re interested.

hook - WFC Model 6 #10
thread - Danville 6/0 tobacco brown
tail - barred woodduck
rib - tying thread
body - dubbing amber
thorax - Ice Dub orange (loop dubbed)
shoulder - sharptail grouse

Regards,
Scott

Another beautiful job on a very pretty pattern. Well done!
