Below is of course 2 pics of the same fish. He flipped off the hook before I could get a proper picture, and was on a steep grassy slope almost back to the water…so I took a pic that showed the beautiful black tail, but then I had to move the fish back a bit so I could see its head and took another pic. Gorgeous goldie!

I caught 8 Koi and 8 Goldfish in about 1.5 hours, all on an unweighted while woolly bugger… @ size 10. Lots of refusals, but enough takes to keep it exciting.
Those are very colorful fish. Nice variety.
