I am very impressed by your Video. The Babine Steelhead are the most beautiful fish! Does the blue/purple Spey Fly have a name?

it’s an intruder variant. Pretty much all i fished up there was intruders (tied with rhea and ostrich)

Beaver, The Babine River is in BC

that’s kind of like it, there are so many variants…heres one i fished, (didn’t last too long, snagged on a tree…on the otherside of the river!)

Pretty much Rhea, Ice Dub and More Rhea…i’ll get a picture of the ones i’m tying now up sooner or later

but this is what some of the fish up there can do, had this happen to me on the second day

It doesn’t have a stinger hook. Is this a Tube fly?

that is a tube fly, i tied all mine with Rhea (from upstreamadventures, todd’s feathers are the best)…if you go to his techno flies, it shows a lot more of the steelhead style patterns i was fishing
