Any opinions on th Scott G2 series of rods?

Actually I have cast the 7 and though it was spectacular.
I’ve tried them Jeff. I’ve owned a couple of G’s, but not the G2’s.
Get the Winston. 
Which weight? I own the 884-4 and love it I also used a 905-4 a bunch on bigger water and liked it a lot too. Similar to b2x with the light tip and stiffer middle and about the same weight. I would definitely compare the two if possible. I did and liked the Scott better, but that was, of course, me. 
i tried a 905/4 and really like it. took me by complete surprise. now i can’t stop thinkin’ about getting one. i think i am going for a 4 or a 6 since i have several 5wt rods. its a wonderful stix!
Well, as I posted in another thread, I did get the 905/4 G2. Only fished it once but that was enough to convince me that I made the right decision. I really like the rod.
