mash barb/start thread, wrap to bend; tie in tinsel, wrap part way down bend and back, tie off/trim
measure (gap width past bend) some teal flank fibers; tie in/trim
tie in rib
tie in some ostrich; wrap forward, tie off/trim (leave 1 eye width free up front)
counterwrap rib, helicopter end, cover with thread
