abdomen - Ice Dub hare’s ear
legs/shellback - pheasant tail
thorax - Sunburst Dubbing (Dungeon’s Ice Dub) - olive
wings - mallard flank
Part 1
mash barb, start thread at 2/3 mark; tie in rib, wrap to bend
dub thread/dub tapered abdomen (take a few wraps behind the rib, then move forward)
counterwrap rib; capture with thread wraps/trim
strip some pt fibers, measure (eye to hook point), tie in on underside, facing forward (apologies for drywall compound on the fingers; kitchen remodel in progress); wrap butts to 2/3 mark
