Roger Stouff

The Chitimacha and all elders past and present stand proud, they see Roger Emile Stouff giving an awareness of traditional values, and an appreciation of life past and present. Native waters are everywhere I wonder; you opened our eyes and our hearts.

Well done

My Microsoft Word spit out Chitimacha as an error, it will do it no more, even software can learn and respect.

Well done

Philip

Excus my spelling and gramma, I hooked Mondays and Fridays so I could Hunt or fish.

Hat’s off to Roger. I enjoyed that tremendously. It was too short…and too many beautiful scenes ruined by pop advertising. I hope Roger puts a curse on them. I hope there is a whole lot more of that coming in the future. I especially enjoy the native dancers and their songs.

Roger:

I saw the TV Show, it was wonderful, very nicely done. Just watching the show, I sensed the spirit of the land and water, wishing I was there, to be at peace. Being in such places, is what makes fly fishing so magical.

I can hardly wait for the second installment next week, when we see your "Native Waters’s.

Thanks, ya’ll. I am happy with the way it turned out.

Next week at the same time on Friday, Joe’s coming to Louisiana in the wake of Hurricanes Rita and Katrina! Tune in next week! [Smile]

What are you guys talking about? Fly tying?

The show was everything the other’s stated and more. It really did make you want to be there and experience the spirit and the surroundings. Loved it and will tune in next week.

Job very well done!

Warren

Thanks, all. Ray, see the “Events” section of the forum for all the info…

I also responded on another post about the show. IMHO, it had it all. Insight to great cultures & people, beautiful country & water, fantastic Native dress, Roger’s 1st attempts (successful) at fishing moving water, watching a bond between 2 men continue to grow stronger, & the good natured ribbing about the Crawfish & the Turtle. That show was INSPIRATIONAL! My wife is not an outdoorsperson at all, yet she watched it & enjoyed it. Sorry to run on, but I LOVED the show, and I WILL watch the “part 2”.

I caught the show at 11:00 last night. Great! I really appreciated the host Joe’s concern, thankfulness, and respect for the environment. The world will be a much better place when more people feel that way, and walk the walk too.

Roger,
Great show buddy! Did you try any Jitterbees on those Montana trout? Looking forward to part 2.

Roger,
I can’t get enough of that kind of stuff. I sincerely hope you can find a way to create a regularly scheduled series with this type of material. If there is a way to send positive comments to your sponsors or how ever you did this please let me…maybe us…know. They will get a bundle of good letters. Pls don’t ever stop producing this wonderful material. That is the greatest stuff on the boob tube.

Sincerely,

Gem
