One week to go before flies are due to me! How is everyone coming along on this one? I PM’d everyone that I haven’t heard from or received flies from this morning.
Mine are in the mail today.
Dang Guys, thought I had mailed those puppies out two weeks ago before I went to ceremony. Got a heads up from Ol Blue, and they were still sitting on my tying bench. Blue, you’ll have them by the 18th, so says the post office.

Received flies from Ron Eagle Elk today.
Now I’m jealous. Ron mails his on the 17th and you get them on the 18th. I mail mine, I think, on the 11th and you still don’t have them. I hope somebody at the border doesn’t think they are tiny weapons of mass destruction designed to look like little insects from Montana. 
Got flies from fish4trout today.
I shipped my flies August 8th, have you recieved them yet? All my swap flies in other swaps all arrived fine. Hope fully customs didn’t think they were tiny bombs that look like flies.

Deadline has arrived. We have a couple of sets in the mail, so I’m holding things until they arrive. Hope this is OK for everyone.

Phewwwww! I was starting to wonder. 
HMD’s flies have been in the mail for over 2 weeks so far and we are starting to fear they may not make it in. I’m going to give it until next week before we throw in the towel. I am willing to package and ship a set of flies to him since his didn’t make it through customs and the postal system (not his fault), but only if everyone is OK with that. No promises, but I might try to tie another set of midges to cover his entry if I find the time this weekend. Hopefully, the flies will arrive, but if not, I want to have things ready to go out early next week.
Any objections to this?

I also forgot to mention that we have one swapper that hasn’t sent his flies or responded to any PM’s/e-mails, so I’m going to have to assume that he isn’t going to participate. Everyone else is in or on the way.

No problem with any of your ideas, Blue. I’ve dealt with customs on sseveral swaps and they can be a pain in the ***.
