I recently make a trade for a Redington fly reel with one of the great member’s here on FAOL and decided I wanted to replace the reel foot. So I called up Redington to order the part. They directed me to a very nice guy named Bill who knew just what I needed. We visited a little and he took down my name and address. Suddenly he said “no problem , we’ll get that right out to you.” I said “hey , don’t you need a credit card number or something and how much will it cost?” He said “replacement parts for Redington fly reel owner’s where no charge.” Needless to say I was very surprised. I have had trouble getting some of those chain store’s to help out when I had the product , a receipt and warranty card in my hand. Way to go Redington. Not many guy,s back up there product so unconditionally these day’s.
