youre killin me. its the dead of winter, ive got a horrible case of fishing withdrawl, im trying to find something to replace fishing untill spring, and you telling me to FISH and that nothing can replace it!!!

You don’t have to give up fishing in the winter.
Move/go someplace where you can fish all year. Lots of folks leave the snow and ice behind for a few months and relocate temporarily to places like Arizona or Florida.
We’ll be bass fishing next weekend (some are doing it now, but our state wide fly fishing group is meeting for a big fish in on the 13th). Trout are being caught all over, and the Crappie will be full swing in just a few weeks.
Contrary to the presiding theories, where you live is a choice, and we do have folks who have jobs down here…come and join the fun.
Gotta love Arizona.
