Puffball flies

Hi,
I just created a series of dries flies, emergers… I call them the Puffball flies. The wing is made of a CDC oiler Puff, tied upside down the feather makes a small ball, very resilient.

I’ll test these flies in action during the coming season but I wanted to share the design.

Please let me know if the New Zealand trout are taking these Puffball emergers.
I only tested them once last year with good success and I’m waiting for the new season to start here in France.
