Pronghorn antelope hair

Have a chance to get about a 100 sq inchs, is it worth it to get it??

Patterns that can be tied with it??

Any help would be appreciated.

If you can get 100 sq inches try for 200. I really like it for spinning tight bodies. Also very good for stacking. Not too good for hair wings cause ends usually broken off. Just my opinion, I really like it and am sure there are some that do not care for it. I get trimminings from a few taxidermists.

Good stuff. Very hollow. Floats REAL well. More fragile than other spinning hairs.

Awesome for spinning, gives you tight bodies. I think it is because it has a slightly larger diameter than deer hair.

I second Dry Fly Guy’s comments, not good for wings due to the lack of tips.
