Dear FAOL friends and family,
On November 28 of last year I posted a prayer request for my young friend Jenna.
She suffered a severe head injury and other trauma due to a traffic accident.
I wanted to thank all of you for your prayers and encouragement.
A special thanks to Kerry Stratton for his insights and encouragement.
Jenna is coming home this week.
She was transferred from the hospital to a rehab center about a month ago and was due to be sent home next week.
She is being discharged a week early.
She has made terrific progress and the doctors feel she is now able to continue therapy on an out patient basis.
She is walking unaided, recognises everyone and is able to carry on a conversation.
The doctors feel her recovery will be complete.
I just wanted to thank all of you for your prayers, they made the differnce in Jenna’s recovery.

thank you so much for the update. the power of prayer never ceases to amaze me, and this board has quite a reputation for effective petitions. Jenna has a permanent place on my evening pleas to the almighty, never fear.
Thank God. What a nice thing to hear on this otherwise dreary day. Your post lifted me out of a blue funk ( I have got the flu ) and put a smile on the day.
