thread - UTC 70 hopper yellow
shuck - Congo Hair amber
abdomen - Sexi-floss gold
rib - UTC wire hot orange
underwing - 1mm foam grey
overwing- Congo Hair white
hackle - barred cream

Part 1

mash barb, start thread at point above point

tie in shuck

fold shuck, tie back; tie in rib and wrap everything halfway down the bend

tie in SF; wrap abdomen

rib abdomen; tie off and helicopter end

tie in underwing, extend over hook eye

tie in overwing

Part 2

tie in hackle; wind it

trim out hackle on top, pull overwing forward, tie down; lift foam, tie off at eye, SHHAN

you can leave the hackle intact

or trim out the underside; your choice
