I’ll be travelling to Portland next Wednesday and will have about 3 hrs to wet a line. Anyone know of any carp or Bass and panfish waters close to the city. Perhaps a city park with a nice lake or a state park nearby.

Assuming Portland OR since it’s March and you’re talking about Bass and panfish the Willamette river runs right through town and it’s full of Smallies, Sturgeon, Steelhead and Salmon (well in a month or two). The water is just about Bass temperature … probably a couple of degrees off. Find a rocky bank and get after em.
