I’ve been getting emails from a gentleman in Alaska selling Polaris Nuclear Dubbing, which in larger lengths can be manipulated with a heat gun. Anybody hear of this or try the dubbing?
I’ve seen a few tiers using this stuff and have to admit, it’s pretty slick!
Great, for making bait fish/minnow flies.
You can check it out, here, on their home link.

hes been around for a couple of years and has a bunch of videos on utube.
Do a search on this site…was a thread on it awhile back…
I either don’t know how to use the search or it doesn’t work from my computer station. Each time I try it it says “failed to use 4 or more words,” so I quit trying to use it.
Hhhhmmm…I’m having the same problem…but here is one thread…

it looks decent, but I will never buy it.
Did anyone ever confirm that it’s the same as the Crystalina you guys spoke of?
I’m not sure it was ever confirmed but as I recall I decided it probably is not the same.
I just received an email the other day from that same website. Looks like some interesting materials. The wing materials caught my eye. Thanks for the info on his You Tube videos.
Sorry, I just clicked on the link I’d posted above and it took me straight to their web site!?
I use it all the time. It makes great flies. I just sent some in a swap.
I have posted about it several times. Try it. You’ll like it!
