Have any of you out there seen the rainbows in the polar bear tank at marine world?
If not and you’re in the area stop in and go through the Wild Artic exhibit. there are some rainbows in that tank that would Pass as respectable size Steelies

my wife loves to watch those polar bears, so I’ve spent hours in front of that tank. how in the hell did I miss those 'bows?!?!?!

Maybe this belongs in the flytying section?

Any ideas in getting to know the zoo keepers of the polar bears, and encourage them to give us the results of any hair clippings? Do PB shed hair the way buffalo do? Is it legal to possess PB hair?

I hear tell PB makes for fantastic steelie flies. Friend of a friend of a friend thang.

I’d give it a try as long as I could get somebody else to do the clipping.I like to keep a lot of distance between big hairy carnivours and myself.

If those steelies like polar bear so much, how come the bear isn’t swimmin in his birthday suit? Who’s after who in there?
