Minor variation on Nick Nicklas’ PMD softhackle (subbed duck fluff for ostrich thorax and dyed partridge for mallard tail). Missed the hatch this year; hope to fix that in 2015.

hook - TMC 100 #16
thread - UTC 70 hopper yellow
tail - partridge dyed lemon yellow
abdomen - gold mylar
thorax - mallard flank fluff dyed lemon yellow
hackle - partridge dyed lemon yellow
