Why is it that I can not recieve im’s? Everyone tells me that my inbox if full, it is TOTALLY EMPTY!

ok. looks like this account was one that was corrupted when the old server crashed.
I have 2 users with this name.(capitalization is the only difference.)
What is your email, and do you have a second login I can kill.
If so let me know both your emails. Otherwise the user with the least time will need to make a change to their login name…
