I’ve been through a few hurricanes, but at least we had some warning. Glad to hear that you folks survived and my prayers go out to those less fortunate.
On one hand you have to be in awe of the power of nature and how insignificant humans are in the face of such force.
On the other, my heart and prayers go out to the people who lost loved ones and who were injured or lost their belongings.
It’s tragic when a single life is lost, let alone the number (I’ve heard 50) that were lost because of these storms. When looking at photos of the devistation, it’s a miracle more were not lost.
