I finally got all ready to try my new bottle of Perma Gloss - the metal cap, the marbles, etc. and opened it up - all dried up. Guess there’s nothing I can do but order another bottle?
Perma Gloss cures via moisture, someone opened the bottle at some point OR there was a seal leak OR it was really old stock.
Obviously order another AND 1) replace the cap with a Testor’s cap after the first use; 2) place BBs into the bottle to replace the volume used and keep it close to the cap and; 3) put the container into yet another small glass container and toss in a couple of dessicant packets from pill bottles immediately after receipt.
Although there are other methods for serious users, this is the easiest and least expensive … it works like a charm.

OK, I’ll try one more bottle - can I use fishing weight BBs or get the ones for a gun?
I have BBs, they worked so I never tried anything else.
Jim, sorry I didn’t make myself clear - are you using size bb lead shot weight? Or by bb’s do you mean the kind for an air rifle?
BBs for an airgun … steel shot 4.5mm. I purchased a little 1/2 pint waxed cardboard container (school milk carton) of them a long time ago, very inexpensively.
