SCG

How about a Zug Bug? It has peacock sword feathers and herl.

Welcome aboard! PM sent with shipping info.

Blue: I dropped off one dozen #8 “Telephone Box” streamers at the Post Office this morning. I would expect that you will see them on Wednesday or Thursday.

Thanks for the update!

Last call! This swap closes tomorrow!

ol’blue,

Since I am sending you flies for the donation to the gentleman that lost everything in a house fire, I thought maybe I would enter your swap too if you will have me. I will send you my version of a peacock herl bodied beadhead flymph if that is ok and it is not too late to enter. I have the donation 12 flies ready to ship and will have the others for your swap ready and will mail all the flies this week.

Let me know if this will be ok with you.

You made it just before our signups closed. You are in. PM sent.

Flies shipped in the afternoon post. Knowing the USPS, they should get to you sometime around July 4th.

Thanks for hosting another great swap.

I’ll take the last spot with moTURKee’s Panhandler. I tie have altered it somewhat to more of a “streamer” effect and had incredible success with crappies this past weekend. If this is okay, put me down. I’ve got to cater a big confirmation on Sunday so I’ll be hanging out cooking most of the weekend. JGW

You’re in and we’re full.

Your flies for your swap and the swap aid went into the mail today.

Received flies from bassman, blaiseboy, ibrb and stcroixguy.

Received flies from Ron Eagle Elk and WarrenP today.

I owe you an apology WarrenP. I really thought I’d responded to your PM. Sorry for my lack of response.

ol’blue,

All is well that ends well!!

Ol’ Blue – I’ll be mailing Monday. I’m sleeping on this color pattern. I originally did it with a sparce purple marabou and have switched to yellow. For some reason it lacks the synergy of the earlier fly. JGW

Greg, I’m mailed. Sent 'em off this afternoon. Thanks for letting me be a late addition. JGW

Sorry for the delay. I mailed my Coachmans a few days ago. You should be getting them any time now. Thanks for letting me play.

By the way, if anyone is interested, I used a new product from Cabelas in making these. It’s called a Peacock Brush. It is several strands of herl wound around a central core. It’s not nearly as delicate or slippery and you can use it like chenille. It really made the tying go quicker and easier. I’ll be getting a lot more of this product very soon!
