I have a off topic question about pay-pal, I see so many members selling item here on FAOL and they ask for payment either by check, money order and pay-pal. Now my real question is how do you set-up a pay-pal account to use here on FAOL and what is the process.

You can make a payment to anyone who has an email address. Go to www.paypal.com to join (set up an account). You are not charged to send money but the recipient is charged a percentage to receive it.
