A classic pattern is the Little Rainbow Trout found in the Simple Streamers portion of Intermediate Fly Tying section here on FAOL:

I’ve also seen fry patterns that were just made of yarn---- white tag of a tail combed out to look like a tail, white yarn wrapped around the body, with a small bunch of orange yarn combed out on the front of the hook to look like a yolk sac.
You can also tie up streamers using synthetics and color up with sharpie or pantone pens etc. Lot’s of options, just try and match the size, profile, and color.
