HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY TO ALL!!!
My Irish bride, Linda Gibbons, took exception with me choosing an orange sweater this morning. I’m certain the lump on my forehead from the cast iron fry pan will recede in a day or two.
I stopped by my favorite restaurant to get a Rueben sandwich for lunch today and found it closed. It seems the owner, Johnny McLaughlin, took the family to the St Patrick’s Day Parade in Cleveland for the day. Good on him!
(And don’t forget the Doughgod’s feast day on Thursday.)
My daughter was born on March 16th(18 years ago) and we named her Erin because of it.
