Paging Harold Hattaway

We seem to have another missing pirate. We know Dave Micus is on the mend, but whats up with Harold.

Philip

I look into… my fly box, and think about all the elements I should consider in choosing the perfect fly: water temperature, what stage of development the bugs are in, what the fish are eating right now. Then I remember what a guide told me: ‘Ninety percent of what a trout eats is brown and fuzzy and about five-eighths of an inch long.’ - Allison Moir.

I wonder if he ever fished Saltwater.

i e-mailed him the other day, said he has been busy.
Bill

Thanks Bill, I miss his wit and his contributions here. When I showed him my variation of the clouser minnow with the big gold bead eyes from a casino necklace at the fish-in, he was so kind. He said with eyes like that it looks like a goldfish, Phil we don’t have golfish here, save it for another trip .

Gotta love the diplomat in him and Gary.

Glad he is ok and busy

Harold
