I think you may have to upload these pictures to a website and then post a link. I used to use photobucket.com, but there are a bunch of sites out there. I hope you get the links up, I am very curious as to what the other coast is using to fool the salmon.

I have to tie a lot for a lot of folks… Literally hundreds of flies each year for our use. Most are for reds and silvers, but all are in the mix at some point.
No one will fish them unless forced to, but ridiculously sparse flies will always outfish the shaggy dog… standard coho flies and variations are our bread and butter… I will post some pictures later…

This is one of my favorites. Real simple dressing.

Gurglers are a lot of fun but the only way it works well for me is first cast on a pool in low light… First cast in the morning and working up a stream with a series of pools to hit is some of the greatest fishing I have ever had.
On #2 low water salmon hooks I tie ordinary pattern dry flies like Royal Coachman and Adams… Just huge and heavily hackled… Color I have found makes little to no difference.
The pink pollywog has never been good for me??? I do not know why.
Last year I caught quite a few on dries and had several days with a limit caught entirely on the surface. A big silver hammering a dry on the way down is a kick!
