there are a bunch of pics from the Daily Star. I grew there and I hate to see the photos of a great little American town destroyed.

Truly sad to see.
Dear foxxtrot,
I saw your earlier post with the pictures from the Oneonta Star.
I lived 11 years in Binghamton and covered a sales territory that ran through Broome, Chenango, Chemung, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga, Tompkins, and Schuyler Counties. I caught some nice trout in Ouleout Creek right in the shadow of the East Sidney Dam.
As I viewed the pictures I was stunned. There was hardly a single picture posted that showed a place that I didn’t know well. I traveled mostly back roads and many of them are no longer there.
My heart goes out to the people up there.
I hope Spud sees this and tells us all that he and his family are all OK.
Best wishes,
Avalon
I was so upset at what I saw I posted incorrectly. Walton - Delaware and Franklin - Ouleout creek. I looked at those photos all day today just dazed. My boss was nice enough just to leave me alone.
