just bought an ott daylight floor lamp at hobby lobby tonight at 40 % off. it included a 3x optical magnify loop a 109.00 option for free. total cost 107.00 all their ott lights are 40 % off. i dont work for hobby lobby and i know ott lighting is a sponsor so i thought id give the heads up.
Sounds like a good deal, I did notice that my local Costco had ott desk lamps. unfortunatly with costco, not all stores carry the same items.

In Canada you can get them at Canadian tire stores. Same prices as in the States
