My friend’s wife, Connie, From Wurms, Germany makes that and has us over for dinner a few times a year. Good stuff. She put together a German Cookbook for my wife last year and I’ve made a few dishes from it. Good stuff. Schnitzel, spaetzle and wurst, oh my. Jim
