Just wanted to add…I have a friend that fished it for ten years. 1991-2000. It’s a numbers game your better off catching ten small fish than 2 big ones…so make sure your fly is durable. You have to fish that one fly all day but on day #2 you can change to a differnt fly…Say Day#1-Hopper all day…Day#2- Madem X all day…So your not stuck with the same fly for the whole event (2days)…Just for that one day.
All the money generated goes to stream restoration projects.
