Picked up a new laptop last night & still getting used to it, but at least (and at LAST!) I am back to posting. Haven’t fished a lot this year due to weather, a trip to San Antonio, Texas to visit Son, Daughter in Law & 3 Grandkids. In addition, I finally got my VA health care & underwent a bunch of tests including my 2nd colonoscopy. My health is excellent, had a few small polyps removed (benign), then also had hearing test & am now wearing 2 hearing aids which have really enriched my life. I thought my hearing was “OK” before, but it is a WHOLE lot better now & I’m enjoying the improvement.
Glad to be back & hope to start contributing a bit more.

I will actually fish at least twice this weekend. Once with my Molly, Tori, Abbi, Lexi, & Michael, then with a good friend from Church & his 3 children. Dave wants to learn fly fishing, & he also wants his kids to catch some quality fish…I think we can arrange for some nice 'gills on their lines. Kids & farm ponds were made for each other, & some of us NEVER outgrew them! I’m looking forward to a very rewarding weekend creating more memories. I hope to post pics. 
I may even get out a third time as my Bride, Colleen, got me permission on yet another pond. It’s always fun to hit new water.
Eric, it seems you have endured a lot lately. You are always in my prayers.
As far as “neighborhoods” go, how can one go downhill that already harbors Jack & Warren? They ARE, however, loveable old derelicts!

I couldn’t let you get away scott free with your first new computer era post…besides, its been pretty quiet around here with you not posting. Maybe things will get back to normal…whatever that is…
By the way, when are we going to chase some steel? Since I am not going on an adventure this fall, we need to plan a trip or two.
