Has anyone had any experience with the Okuma Cascade / Airframe Large Arbor Fly Reel? It’s graphite and I was just wondering. For the price, they look like a great back-up reel Thanks.
i’ve been using the okuma airframe for all of my bass/panfishing for over two years and absolutely no problems. dont let anybody fool ya about graphite. if it wasnt any good they wouldnt be making fly rods and airliners out of it. naysayers have never tried them but can still make comments. just my opinion.
Cant comment on the cascade, but I have a Sierra that is great quality for only about $50. Okuma makes good stuff.
