I live here in California, I just want to openly express my sincere thanks to our fire fighters during these very tuff times,
Many of you travel from your homes from all over this great country to help others.
Your work and dedication to preserving life, property and our very way of
living is beyond what my simple words here can say.

Right-on Steve. My sentiments exactly. Last year my wife and I were at a pizza joint here and 6 fire fighters came in after a hard day. They were from Oregon. We talked to them and thanked them for their hard work. When we left, my wife asked the waitress for their check and paid for their meal and drinks. Didn’t tell them. Just paid and left. What a great bunch of guys.
We’ve had two fires close to here in the last week and if it wasn’t fot their quick and excellent work i might not be typing this.

Firefighter rush in while other rush out. It take a courageous person to do that. The guys that fight forest fires are a rare breed, God bless them.
