All files are protected by Adobe from being altered, and all documents printed out will have footnote: http.//www.flyanglersonline.com

Anyone within the USA, wishing to contribute a Free-Will Donation, can send the donation to…

STEVEN H McGARTHWAITE
3505 BELLAIRE AVE
WHITE BEAR LAKE MN 55110

The production cost of the CD (mailing within the USA), which includes blank CD, CD label, CD Sleeve, Mailing envelope, Mailing labels, and postage; came to $1.32 per CD. Those mailed outside the USA, will cost slightly more, because of postage (Canada $1.56, all other countries $1.77) per CD shipped. I do not expect Free-Will donations from requests outside the USA. Instead I ask you Pay Forward somehow related to Fly Angling, or by making copies of this CD, for other anglers in your area.

I will start to mailing out requested CD’s on Monday September 25th, 2006. Will post the list of those CD’s that have been mailed.

If after a suitable time, you have not received the shipment, or the CD is faulty. Email me, so I can send out a replacement.

Any excess total donations, that exceed total costs for this offer, will be sent to FAOL, to go toward the Al Campbell Memorial Bench Fund, or other FAOL event at the Publishers (Deanna Birkholm) choice.

Well heck – I better get on this list for a CD. I see all the really good tyers have copies. I know I already PM’ed you and will do so again, but I just want to go the extra mile to insure I get a copy.

Steven – Thanks in advance for all your efforts.

E-mail sent. Thanks for this resource. 8)

I just don’t think we can say enough good things about this man

I will email you a request, but are you going to the Idaho fish-in. If so I will be there also. I will donate to Al Campbells bench to comply with your request as I am in BC

Just want to add my Thanks to Steven as well for donating his time (and for absorbing the cost) to do this! copying the CDs, Organising a large mail out (that includes international orders), keeping track of new orders, etc is no small undertaking. Thanks again.

All I can say, is “Thank You!”. Al Campbell taught me most of what I know about fly angling, and Paying Forward. Guess Al did a good job!

I got to go fishing with Al, for three days at the South Dakota Fish-In. Riding in his car, between streams, and fishing with him on those streams. What an wonderful education. With Buford the Wonder Dog guarding the vehicle while we were on the stream.

I printed out (double sided) Al’s Beginners Series (just as each new lesson was posted on FAOL), and at the South Dakota Fish-In, Al autographed it for me!
Back then I knew absolutely nothing, about everything in Fly Angling.

Steven,
I just sent an email your way, & thanks again. Your efforts are indicative of the type folks we are blessed with here on FAOL.

I am a very tired man, just ran out of blank CD’s waiting on some donations to arrive to purchase more. But it is a “labor of Love”, and I am very happy to offer this service to members of FAOL.

This is years run is going to be twice the number of CD’s as last years offer…
Right now I am completing the “Fly Fishing Lakes” series that I started on this current CD with Marv Taylor’s articles and fly patterns. Then I think I will be adding “Our Man in Canada” series. Lot of good fishing advise in both series.

Of course I will updating all the other files, currently on the CD, over the next year. ~Parnelli

My nickname is Parnelli, for my habit of driving Military Vehicles off the top hills, like it is was ski jump. Either Steve or Parnelli, but never Stevie!

Thanks for the CD. Never have I found so much information in one spot. What a tremdous job.
