It is good to see a major corporation that will not try to shirk it’s responsibilities. Some folks I have talked to have said that N/S is going to do everything possible to restore the water shed and surrounding lands to their natural state. I believe them. This company has a very good reputation of doing the right things.

As for the engineer, if you were operating that train under the influence of drugs or alcohol, I pray for you. There can be no leniency under the law here.

I can say the whole stream did not get wiped out. I’ve fished a few time about 15 - 20 miles down from the stream and the hatches are still great.
