Night time fishing report

It was another great… Taneycomo Night!!!

Got there about 8:30pm…
and met up with a board member Ozarkfly (from here)…

we decided to start with a big pattern and work our way down stream.
first thing to pop in my mind was a double bunny

Like all others… a picture is worth a 1,000 words!!!

first fish of the night…

well we ended up down stream… that right there made the night anyways…

everything slowed down… so we went to drifting white woolies (My go-to fly!!) And it never failed… I think we ended up with close to 15 maybe 20 by the end of the night… and we miss 100 hits!!

here is another little brown that likes woolies

Ozark fly… I had a great time… I cant wait to do it again…

Leonard

I also had a great time. Thanks for coming out Leonard.

To everyone else, I only wish I could say I caught that lunker in the first picture. Leonard landed him on a double bunny leech. He really knew what to catch the fish on. As we later found out with the white bugger fly. It was a blast fishing at night, I highly recommend it at least once. I think you can become a lot better fisher if you master casting and catching fish at night. We caught a great mix of bows and browns and it was a beautiful 20 degree night

Thanks agian Leonard, cant wait til next time either.

Nice Fish NA
