Nightangler: I have not been able to tie for several years now due to eyesight problems. I gave all my fly tying materials, vice, bobbins, etc. to a guide friend in the Michigan U.P. I would like to receive some of your teams flies and would be willing to send a greenback to each person who sends me a fly. I assume you send only one fly each. I find it interesting to try different pattersna when fishing and it makes the day intersting. Can this be done? I welcome your response. If a larger dollar amount is required, please advise. Thank you, Jonezee
Thank you all for the emails and the very nice replys. I look forward to joining the swap. You all will get something for your time and efforts. Very truly, Jonezee
I learn more about the world while talking to myself when fishing alone
I’d be interested in playing, but my night fishing is for LMB not browns. I ain’t got a brown within a day’s driving distance. If you’ll accept a bassman I’ll play. Otherwise you can play by yourselves and I’ll take my big ol’ popper and go catch some bass. JGW
Darn you Biot, you stole my pattern LOL!! I will do a Tony Spezio pattern called a White River Demon. It is a varation of a woolly with the body being made of pearl white metallic braid. This is a killer pattern during the day, hear it is even better at night

…fly tying is the next best thing to fishing; it is the sort of licking of the lips that eases a thirsty man in the desert
Jonezee, I have some tied up for you I will put them in the mail Monday. Nothing is expected in return. I know the feeling about the eyes mine are getting that way. John
I wish you all everlasting flies and tight lines.

If we dont get at least 3 more people to sign up…
What is everyones thought on tying 2 flies… it can be 2 of the same… or the same flies tied in different colors… or two different patterens…
EDIT*** I dont know where that sad face came from… but I didnt do it…***

Night Angler, there was a post I think you missed another tyer wanting to join in. It got lost in the server change. It was Cal E. Batis - Sculpin. Not sure if he still wants to join in but I did copy his name and fly down. Thanks for the great job you are doing as Swapmeister. John
I wish you all everlasting flies and tight lines.
