Ok folks, if in a few years, you see a little red headed girl on the river with a bamboo fly rod, flanked by a gray haired guy with a slight limp, that’ll be my brand new flyfisher… my new granddaughter, Emily Ann Nunley, born in the wee hours of the morning today at 8 pounds one ounce. When she hit the ground, she was double hauling the umbilical cord, so I know she has greatness in her future!

Bob, congrats. If you’re like me you’ll get more enjoyment from grandkids than you did their parents.
Its good to see you back on the board. Its seems you have been away for quite a while.

Best get started on making her a custom rod for her first outing. Maybe a 4.5 or 5 footer 2 or 3 wt.
I know you’ve probably got it all figured out and near complete.
Congratulations

Bob,
It’s pretty apparent that your Granddaughter already has Grampa wrapped around her little finger. Congratulations!
Also, goo to see you back.

Bob,
CONGRATS! There is nothing in the world like a grandchild, & that little Emily will learn VERY quickly what Grandpa’s number is.
